Are these doctors really senior consultants?+
Yes. Every consultant on Second Opinion Clinics is verified against their MMC/NMC registration number, qualifications, and hospital affiliation before being listed. Look for the green 'Verified' badge.
How does a video consultation work?+
Once you book and pay, you receive a secure meeting link by email and SMS. At your slot, click the link from any phone, tablet or computer. You can share reports and chat with the doctor in the call.
Will I get a written second opinion report?+
Yes. After your consultation, the doctor uploads a written summary with their advice (surgery required / avoidable / alternate treatment), recommended tests and any prescription. You can download it as a PDF.
Can I share my video with my family?+
Yes. With your consent, you can invite up to two family members to join the consultation as observers. Many of our elderly patients prefer this.
Is my medical data safe?+
All your reports and consultation records are encrypted in storage and only accessible to you and the consultant you've booked with. We never sell or share your data.
What if I'm not satisfied with the second opinion?+
You can rate the consultation and, in eligible cases, request a free re-consultation with another specialist. Our support team will guide you.
